The metal ice pick is thin compared to the ice picks we are all used to, and so not as effective. Also, it's already rusting, and I've used it less than 3 months. I'd like to find one of the old ice picks from the 1950s and 60s.

Nice old school design (size, etc match my 1950s one). Came extremely sharp, but dulled (on ice) quickly. Nevertheless, I like this purchase.

Since I could not find ice picks in the store I ordered them. My ice clumps together when it’s in bags in the freezer. This pick easily breaks up the chunks. Just what I wanted
