I would give it 5 stars for device operation, cup sizing and pour spout and general accessibility... but you get a 2 star for installation; good luck.. make sure you got a pro who know italian/european gauges and sizing differences compare to how the plumbing is set up where you install it... get a pro.

Bottles of any kind dont fitmetal bottles dont get picked up by the sensorhas a mind of its own. Sometimes id gives you water for 2 seconds and sometimes it spills.Ice and water works if it feels like it

Our office has 60+employees. It’s the perfect size, and sanitary. We have employees that now drink ice and water!!

Our division bought one of these for our break room about two years ago. It was constantly broken and never seemed to work properly. Management finally decided to trash this in favor of a different machine. This thing was terribly unreliable and was constantly down for some problem. I would not consider buying one of these, especially considering the price.
