I bought two control boards neither one was any good one would only put out 15 volts on the low voltage side the other would not control the fan motor would run all the time. Totally not satisfied with these boards went bought a ICM 282b unit came right o. And worked as should will never buy another board from seller

I replaced the HK42FZ034 board in my furnace and this board would only send 15 volts to the gas control valve (which needs 24v to open). I replaced this board with an OEM and the OEM worked perfectly.This would be a great value if it worked. I do not know if the problem was specific to HK42FZ034 board replacement or if the generic board had a one off fault, but the fact that the new OEM board worked perfectly indicates that the problem was with this generic board.

This controller was bad out of the box. To preface, I work on this type of equipment professionally. After sorting through the limited "installation guide" and getting the controller hooked up it claimed to not get a call for heat and the main blower came on without command. I confirmed that I was receiving a demand call for heat, and that I was not getting any specific call for my blower motor. The only reason I picked this controller in the first place was it was said to ahip out and arrive the next day -which it did. In the end this controller is going back. I ordered a second controller, from a different manufacturer and vendor, and it come on and functioned correctly the first time without fuss. Save your money and headache, buy anything but this controller.
