There was dirt and dust under the plastic seal that was very hard to clean. There were also scratches on glass and frayed edges. The ribbon that holds the thing at the back up came broken and ugly. I don’t recommend.

Had to make review since I'm very pleased with my purchase. I was looking for white frames to display my daughter's kindergarten award, diploma, and artwork. I only needed a few and didn't want to spend a lot so I ordered damaged packaging but they all arrived in great condition and the award and diploma fit perfectly. I will definitely order these again if I need more.

I like the frame, yet the backing and swivel stand/arm need to be a sturdier material. They were bowed, the photos were not snug to the glass in the corners. All that being said, I still like the frame.

Awesome Frames... I love these frames. They are attractive and well-made and the best photo frame deal (especially for brown wood )that I could find.The bendability of the hook allows you to adjust it if needed to help fix spacing errors . I will definitely buy these again when the need arises to add more pics to my gallery wall.

these frames are perfect for displaying pictures that might otherwise stay on a phone or be placed in an album. Grandparents will appreciate getting a framed pictures of grandchildren in the school play or a soccer game. These inexpensive but nice, quality frames are perfect. They came well packaged, individually sealed in plastic, with a follow up email from the company with information on dealing with any issues...there were none. Very pleased with the frames and will be purchasing again.

These were excellent frames for the price. We used them to frame artwork as Christmas gifts for family members. As we knew that they would not be displayed year-round, we did not want to waste our money on pricey frames. We gave this brand a chance and were highly impressed with the quality of the frames compared to other similar products. The packaging was very protective and we received our frames without any damage. Everyone was impressed with them and thought we spent more money than we did. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for less expensive framing options.
