Bolts, large washers, sleeves and rubber grommets worked great, just wish the smaller retaining washers would've showed up too.... Since they sort of help hold it all together, it would have been nice to have them, would have given 5 stars if not for this.

You have to put them together through the value cover the middle part and locker go on after you go through the cover. They are good quality and even through can’t see.

First, ICT Billet makes a lot of really great products. I've purchased lots of items and all surpass my expectations usually. Fit and quality of their products is amazing. Assembled these pins, but no matter what the bottom washer doesn't stay on when removing your valve covers. Last thing I want is to lose that washer in my head somewhere or on the ground. Will they work without the washer, yea, but for another $20 or so you can have brand new GM valve cover bolts and grommets. I'd give this item 2.5 stars, fit and finish are great, but overall product doesn't fully work as intended.

These do work. For everyone saying they don’t you gotta go through the narrow end through bottom of the valve cover put grommet in too with the bolt an washer then put the clip through on the thread end to hold it all together then it will all bolt on fine.
