First of all, the picture on the Amazon web page is not accurate. The rope I received is yellow with a blue tracer and came in a plastic spool instead of all yellow and what looks like a wooden spool in the picture. But the worst part of my experience is that the title of this product says 1/4" x 250' (Pack of 4). I was fully expecting four (4) spools of 250' of rope in each spool. But I only received a single spool of 250' of rope. I needed to pull network cables in the house over the weekend and had no time to return this and order something else. So, I feel that I have been forced into accepting this product even though it was not what I was expecting (4 spools) and what was described on the Amazon website. I used to have a very positive opinion on Amazon, but this experience is making me reassess my trust in this company.
