Key caps were in brand new condition. Key cap puller wasn't included as indicated in the product description so please be prepared to get your own. I already had one so installation wasn't an issue. I think fans of the Genshin Impact character, Xiao, would like the color scheme of the key caps. I won't be using all the key caps since I don't have a full keyboard with numpad but I think it's still good value.Overall, really good quality XDA profile key caps. Highly recommended.
