I ordered these collapsible basins/bowls to use for food prep/service in our tiny home - if you look at the image of the two floating shelves above the door - the shelf on the left has three green nesting mixing bowls, which are great, but they aren’t super large and they take up quite a bit of vertical space. These large collapsible basin/bowls are on the cabinet on the right, on top of the two burner stove. They nest and collapse so thinly, especially in being larger bowls - this is so awesome and perfect, as I’m so limited on space in these 200 square feet. I recently used them as kitchen sink basins due to a plumbing issue - they were perfect!

I carry these collapsable basins in my car. I frequently have my pups with me and I can provide all the fresh water they need while we're on the go. The basines take up very little room in my trunk.I also keep them at my door to give my pups feet a quick wash up after our walk on muddy mornings.They are versatile and convenient and can fulfill many household uses.

These bins are nice and useful in being able to collapse and bit in a packed area. The bins are good and stable enough for a washing bin but do pose a risk of bumping down if not careful -- don't rest anything on this, it will likely collapse and spill waterIt is quite a bit better than needing to bring dedicated bins for a tight car and needing to figure out how to arrange things in the trunk. So far I have not had any issues using this for washing purposes and is easy to clean up by self.Note: when collapsed there no way for water to get caught in any creases. It should dry well and not leave any mold.

It's slightly smaller than the description. The description for the larger one is: 16.5 "L x 11.75 "W x 4 "H. It's actually 16-1/4" x 11-5/8" x 4". The top and bottom parts are plastic and the part that folds is silicone type material. The plastic is a low to medium quality plastic, but probably enough to do the job. I put in 2 gallons of water, and that filled it up almost to the brim. I would say the max working volume is less than 1.5 gallons. I didn't use the smaller basin.

This set folds almost completely flat and the smaller nests within the larger.Their footprint in my kitchen winds up being smaller than my knife block and with space being at a premium this is a really nice thing.The material is sturdy and thick enough to be durable, but not so thick that they're difficult to collapse and store.The capacity is good for kitchen prep work, cold food pot luck offerings, food cleaning, marinating, the list goes on.Since the material is slightly porous it may stain (haven't tested that yet) with certain uses.Normally I would say the price is a bit rich, however this time I won't.Considering the myriad of uses, how well they collapse down, and nest within each other, these are definitely a very good buy.

These folding wash basins are of medium quality and are smaller than I expected. They don't hold as much as I had hoped using them as a place to put grilling utensils when I'm done with them. I often cook different things on different grills and might have two different sets of spatulas or different sets of tongs. Having a wash basin where I can drop something in and quickly wash them is nice. With a larger basin, I would be able to put entire grilling baskets or trays. These basins are a little too small for that but they work for cooking utentsils.
