i bought 3 for each of my granddaughters 3 (small for her age) 6 (husky girl) and 7 ( skinny girl) and the one size fit all of them. I think it could go even to a small adult. Well made looks great.

Very well made. Cute, the beige goes with many things. Was bought to wear with two different flower girl dresses with short sleeves, and we used it for "Red Carpet" day at her school! Love it!

Fun fact: there aren't any toddler sized Jon Snow costumes. Luckily, Amazon had everything I needed to make it happen and my son looked great - even won the best costume contest! This easily pinned to the top of a knight's costume cape to look like Jon's.He's a chunky 2 year old, can fit anything between a 2T to 5T typically.
