I used these pans to make different flavored tarts for a holiday get together. They’re small so you can have a little sweets without overindulging. They’re very easy to get the pastry out and cleaning is fairly easy. The ridges make it a bit difficult to get all the food but it doesn’t take much to clean.

Much smaller than I expected and I’m not really sure what I am going to do with them. I originally wanted them to make a quiche for two but these are much too small
