The replacement was straightforward and easy enough. These valves last about a year or so for us, but we use our RV a lot. I have tried spending the extra money on the OEM name-brand valve, and they do not last any longer. This valve seems well-made and has worked great so far. At this price, I always keep a spare onboard. These are very easy to change out.
