I ordered the black and grey/white plaid print seen in the photo, however what arrived was a red and black plaid hat. Dont get me wrong, it's very nice, however it's simply not what I wanted. I was then told by Amazon that they couldnt do anything and id have to replace my order. Why they are not taking any responsibility for the problem I have no clue. I did not however order a new one.That said, the hat that was sent to me looks very good in my opinion. It's very warm and it stays on your head whether the flaps are up or down. I recommend it just make sure you get sent the one you order.

My son loves this hat and raves about how warm it is. It’s been warm enough for a Chicago winter and a winter trip to Iceland. It looks really nice on too.

Purchased this hat for my dad. He has a normal, maybe even smaller than average head and it was a tiny but snug. Still works and is very warm and good quality. Especially for the price. Considering buying one for myself because I’m a woman and my head is smaller.
