It’s okay, I just can’t use a case at all if this is being used because the magnet won't work through it. My phone is too expensive to just leave bare like that.

I have read a few brutal reviews of this wallet, mainly complaining about the weak magnetic hold. I agree; this wallet struggles to adhere to my iPhone while using a case adequately. But if you use this wallet sans case, it holds firm. Before eliminating this wallet from your possible choices, remember this is a tri-fold wallet. The wallet folds over itself, making MagSafe charging a challenge.This wallet is made of plastic or vegan leather, or PU leather. If this matters to you, consider it a plus. On the other hand, if texture and feel matter more, pass on this wallet.

I say it a lot but…I really wanted to love this MagSafe wallet for my iPhone. However, I was left holding my cellphone in one hand and MagSafe wallet in the other, it didn’t stick.It would stick briefly only to fall within seconds of each application. So disappointed cause it’s super cute. If it stuck I’d used it everyday and prob not carry a purse so much.

This card wallet is similar in quality to many silicone card wallets. I prefer card wallets with several pockets, but this one works as well as any of the single-pocket card holders I have used. It sticks well to my iPhone, even though I have a protective case. It holds credit cards and my id securely. It has survived almost two months of nearly daily use. The product description is accurate. It arrived in two days without incident. It is similar in price to card holders I see in the malls around here. I would get it again.

First impression out of the box is this iHome MagWallet is a nice wallet. The leather feels soft and the stitching looks strong. The pouch for cards allow for easy retrieval and the thumb slot on the back helps when the cards are thicker than most and need extra help getting out.The magnets hold fine to my iPhone 12. The wallet can be removed easily to access the cards and then pops right back on and aligns perfectly like all MagSafe accessories. If you have a MagSafe compatible case this wallet will attach to it as well. It doesn’t work with regular cases as the magnets aren’t strong enough to hold when a couple mm away from the phone.

I always have those silicon sticky phone wallets. I’ve had them for years and they hold a lot of cards but they look kinda bad and cheap. I thought this could be a nice upgrade especially since I recently got a new iPhone with MagSafe. Well this wallet was a disappointment in many ways. First it only holds three cards and they’re really hard to get out. Second the wallet just doesn’t stick to the back of my phone it’s like the smallest movement makes it fall. Also it’s so bulky which is so weird since it doesn’t hold much. Anyways I don’t recommend this wallet

This is a GREAT idea—but TERRIBLE execution. Even with no cards in it, the magnetic force is barely detectable. There is NO WAY I would EVER trust this thing to stick to the phone.Very disappointing. I would NOT recommend this item.
