Would be 5/5 but rated 3/5 because they’re actually signficantly dimmer (i.e. less brightness) than the original manufacturer OEM side marker light. This product only shines light horizontally whereas the original manufacturer OEM shines light horizontally + upwards + downwards (helps illuminate the ground for safety).Would be helpful to include luminosity brightness information on product details.

Install was easy and routing the wire to the day time running lights was easy to. If you have a model with halogens like my car you will need the Carly for BMW's which plugs in the OBD port. Down load the app on phone and link with Bluetooth. Check it out further on Youtube. I can deactivate the "Voltage Monitoring" on all lights to stop the flickering when start up so the LED type lights work normally.

Arrived quick, nice and bright. The only issue I have is that the 3m tape doesn't make it seal flush around the light frame. That would make this light perfect and make it a five star rating. They might be able to fix that. However, I am happy I bought it and would recommend these lights. I kept my original ones just in case. Be sure to clean the area after you remove the old light. They pop right out. Then connect the new light and check it before you fasten it in place.
