Took me about 5 minutes to install these, and I could've done it much faster. They look great. Such a big improvement from the ugly safety orange OEM sidemarkers (see last photo for original) looks great on a black GTI, because it almost blends in perfectly when they're off. The only issue I have isn't really an issue. There's two cables that come out of them and for the life of me I cannot figure out where the other wire goes, besides the one that plugs into the light bulb socket. If someone could let me know where that goes that would be great. It works without that wire plugged in, but it's just a wire dangling there not connected to anything

Honestly one of the best choices my kid has made for tricking out the look of his 2013 VW GTI. Didn't take long to install and the look incredible. Simply pop out the old ones, undo the connectors, and then repeat in reverse.Completely blacked out when the car is off, so they are invisible on his black bumper. The amber line, when lit up, is a really cool look!

works great and looks great, just make sure you use electrical tape to kinda waterproof and vibration proof the thing that hangs around, because if these go bad, it will trigger a light in the dash, but that was my fault for not protecting it.also it took me a bit to understand why that thing just hangs around, it seems like is like a canbus cable so it doesnt trigger dash light error.

OE quality fitment and easy to install in minutes. Save you're money on cheaper side markers and just buy these. Much more worth the extra couple of dollars and look alot better being led
