This did not work the first time I plugged it into my 6000NEX. It said cannot find GPS signal. It’s a cheap aftermarket sensor and the connector don’t fit 110% perfect like a pioneer one would I assume. But after unplugging it and taking a pick to the SLIGHTLY bent pin in the GPS connector on the back side of my radio I straighten the pin and re-plugged the sensor into my radio and now it works fine. Need to make sure your connection is perfect. Now that I GENTLY plugged it in nice and straight, my GPS operates normally.

Pioneer AVIC-W8400NEX doesn't seem to recognize that it is present.I have orded the OEM part PPI211 to replace the IMC GPS antenna.

well i purchesed this item for my pioneer head unite installed it with labor cost and this gps antenna doesnt work i tried it in other pioneer head uite didnt work this product is a waste of money i tried to contact the seller sent them email never replied.

GPS antenna works excellent!!! Mounted on LH side of dash, ran wire to head unit, plugged in. GPS now functions as intended. Great signal strength. Easy installation, just plug and play! Awesome product at a great price!

I bought this about a month ago (I waited to write review to ensure it would actually work continuously) for my Pioneer 8000Avic Nex and it works great as soon as I plugged it in my radio was able to find the satellite signal and has not had any issues what so ever since intall highly recommended.
