The kit seems like it would work just fine if it is installed in proper conditions. I was not so lucky. The 80 amp fuse that came with the kit unglued (it did not blow out so you would see it through the tube - is just unglued) causing my entire sub system not to work. We took the entire amp out of its custom installed compartment to trace the issue because the fuse showed no signs of being bad by we know the system was not getting any power. It wasn't until we tested the power wire (one we purchased from another company because the one in the kit was not long enough to reach the are we wanted to install at) we realize the fuse was bad. Not to mention, very few stores (at least none in the areas I checked in) carry 80 amp glass fuses. So, if you want or need a new fuse, you will have to online order it (meaning your system will be down until one arrives). I also found out (for obvious reasons), glass fuses are not very good to install in hot (under the hood situations), you should go with the block fuses. As a matter of fact, I ended up only using the connectors and the blue amp remote wire.

Bought this twice now. Great kit and definitely a go to for any future setups. Good wiring thickness with good quality wires and great value for money. Comes with everything you could need and then some!

The cables and connectors were fine. I only wish there were some installation instructions on how to attach the connectors, use the rubber shields, etc. We figured it out with the help of YouTube.To crimp the 12V connectors onto the #4 AWG cable, we put a small rock on the connector ring and squeezed it down with pliers. Not the greatest looking crimp but it worked.

Great material and everything included functions like it should.(UPDATE) I’d say in less then a month the fuse holder melted, and the fuse itself separated into multiple pieces. My wiring is perfect the fuse and holder are just made of poor quality. Purchased a different fuse and it’s been great ever since.

everything was great other then the speaker wire for it they are to small for what i needed but everything else turned out great. will buy this again for another build

Great quality product! It seems to be proper gauge. Wire fits properly into fuse holder, good quality connectors that fit. I don’t know what others who gave low rating received, but I received good stuff. Perhaps a little operator error for the “one star’s”...
