We bought this immersion blender for it's 1000 Watt power, and does it deliver. Our past devices have always lacked the power and have over heated even on simple tasks like blending broth or soup.This one powers through tomatoes with no hesitation or over heating. Same with potatoes when making potato soup.I bought one for my son also, and he has found it very useful as well.

This immersion blender has great power and works beautifully. Blends chunks of vegees for a smooth puree and easy to clean afterwards. I hand clean and it only takes a minute. The egg beater and chopper attachments are easy to connect too.

As of now and the handle full of times I’ve used it, it’s great. I feel as though it has plenty of power. I am a bit concerned the “pulser” tool will crack soon because it seems like thin plastic. We will see.

I bought this immersion blender for my soups. I did a great job blending broccoli & cheese to a smooth consistency. It was both easy to use & easy to clean. The versatile attachments allowed me to blend farm fresh ingredients for homemade ice cream too. It’s a powerful device for a great price. I’d highly recommend it to family and friends for its quality performance.

Really am impressed with this blender. Very powerful and does the job! Fits hand well and easy to hold and function. The quality is definitely there. I love that it’s very easy to disconnect/connect the attachments. The chopper is bigger than I thought but is perfect. It is however the cheapest part of the ensemble. It only chops well if you fill it. It would be better if another blade went mid way up also. The food gets thrown to the wall and you have to stop and push the food down. But overall it’s not a deal breaker. I am completely happy with this blender.

I purchased an immersion blender before this one. After just a couple of uses, that blender's plastic part broke off, making it useless (I had only used it to blend homemade tomato soup before finally using it to chop vegetables, which made the part break).So I looked for a better-built and more powerful immersion blender and found this one. I could tell right away, that straight from the box that this one was built to last.The first time I used it I once again was chopping vegetables. It worked like a charm. The second time I used it was to blend tomato soup. The old immersion blender would over heat while using it to blend soup, this one I was able to use until the soup was blended to the consistency I wanted (very smooth).This immersion blender cost more than the previous one I purchased, but it's worth every extra penny. I would highly recommend purchasing this one and not wasting your money on an inferior model.

I really like the power for making whole made mayonnaise. I have use it to make jellys and jams. The beaters worked real well to make whipping cream. It's easier to use this emulsifier blender instead of busting out a really heavy 8 QT kitchenaid stand mixer. It is a whole lot easier to clean than a stand mixer too.The body of the emulsifier is all stainless steel. The only thing about the emulsifier blender mixer is it should have rubber gripers for your hand when using it. The torque wants to make the emulsifier spin in your hand when your hands are wet. Overall This mixer seems to be built very well For the price and durability. The size is just right for small to medium cooking jobs. Overall I am happy with the performance and design of the machine for the price I paid.
