My housekeepers use these, they like the larger capacity of the fluid tank. They are moderately strong and good for the job at hand. I recommend this for full time housekeeping situations, or home use.

I bought this one year ago and within the last month the clicker at the top has begun to get stuck periodically. That means it dumps a whole lot of water all over my floors until I can get the button to click off again. It has also been leaking for quite a while. Not a huge leak, but it lets out drips of water/cleaning liquid even when it's clicked off, so it's hard to ever wipe them all up. I have to shake and shake and shake until the drips stop shaking off and then go over it with the mop head. I don't hate it (as long as the clicker button doesn't get any worse!). It gets the job done, but it's nothing spectacular and I feel I probably could have gotten the same function and ease from something much less expensive.Update 9/1/16: The clicker has completely stopped working. What a horrible and expensive product.

I own a cleaning company. This mop has been terrific. I have noticed that the container wants to pop up a bit which doesn't allow the cleaner to flow as fast as it could. I solve this by simply pressing down on the bottle and it flows great again. This isn't a deal breaker for me. I love this mop. It is sturdy and well made.

10 STARS! Press the button on the handle, it dispenses a "PUDDLE" of liquid, PRESS it again and it stops. I can control the amount of liquid. Definitely a BUCKET-LESS mop. No more spraying and killing my hand.I was looking to replace my spray and mop (reluctantly), the one you buy locally, that breaks, leaks, etc. They range from $24-40.Then, I came across the Buck-less mop, they were priced Over $100. (why? No way am I paying that much) And then...I came across The IMPACT LBH18 for around $50. Looks similar to the over 100's...I'll give it a try...Well I love it.Comes with a microfiber towel NOT a pad, too thin to be a pad,but it's perfect. Cleaning was easier due to the head of the mop with the Microfiber towel, fits under tight areas, go no lifting and moving around furniture and refrigerators . My suggestion is to clean the microfiber towel with a stiff brush, Tossing it in the wash won't clean ANY microfiber pad, but vigorous scrubbing will.Very sturdy product, I can see that this will last a LOOOOONNNNNG time. I has a hook so I can hang it on a bar. The 18 inch mop head is the perfect size, I am able to maneuver with no problems. The container for the liquid is easy to fill and holds a lot of liquid.(32 oz)I ordered on the 5th and I received it on the 7th...WOW that's fast. I got it 3 days earlier.

Very easy to operate. If you can operate a retractable ink pen, you can operate this mop handle. There is a push button on the top. Push once to switch open the valve. Push it again to close it. I use this to apply floor finish and it does a very good job doing so. Get rid of that old fashioned rayon string mop and get yourself a bunch of 18 inch microfiber mop pads!The solution tank holds 32 oz of liquid which can cover just over 700 square feet of area. I also know that Impact makes a backpack that can hold up to a gallon of liquid, whether its cleaning fluid or floor finish.I definitely like the modular approach to the mop. If a component goes bad, it is easily replaceable. If you use this for floor finish, it goes without saying that you definitely need to flush the valve thoroughly with water after use.
