This product works very well well as a thinner foil ting oil

Had an unreasonable ladybug problem in my home, mainly around the windows. Put some D-Limonene in the window tracks, and no more ladybugs. Not one. Smells great too.

I use this oil to make a large quantity of insect repellent. It works as well as the store bought sprays with deet and smells a whole lot nicer. It's mixed with Witch Hazel, tee tree oil and eucalyptus oil.

This is diluted limonene. Would have got more stars if it werent so misleading that seller had to answer this question repeatedly

I don't know if this is the best deal on the product out there, but I do know that it works very well. D-Limonene does not dissolve in water, so for most cleaning applications it's best to use it with a surfactant of some sort, ie, soap. You can use it straight, too, of course; just don't mix it with water and expect it to dissolve in it - instead, it will float on top of the water. Anyway, I used SOS pads with this to clean some really crusty areas around the gas burners on my kitchen stove - first I tried the baking soda and vinegar trick, which did not work at all. Then I tried SOS pads (they have soap in them) and that didn't work. I finally mixed some D-Limonene in with the SOS pad and that worked. It took some time, but I was surprised by how much easier it was to do it this way than anything else I had tried. Likewise, when we were cleaning greasy old moldings in our dining room recently, we found that just using soap did not work. 409 sort of worked, but it was not nearly as good as using some soap with a few drops of this added. I am sold on it.

The price was right and it is exactly what it says it is: D-Limonene. I used it to de-grease a whole lot of skate bearings and it worked wonderfully for this task. I also plan to use it to remove the adhesive from a 3D printer's heated bed when the time comes to replace the PEI sheet. I expect it will work just as well for that.FYI: As expected, has a lovely (and strong) orange smell.

I wanted to try a smaller bottle of d-limonene first to see if I liked it. It arrived today and I started using it on greasy hard to clean spots. It works great. Then I realized I'd used some on the brass knobs on our kitchen cabinets and they looked much better ... I'm just using paper towels ripped into fourths, soak with a little of this stuff, any dirt on the oak cabinets comes off quickly. Looking around, I found a spot next to the light switch on the oak inside trim that was dark with grime from repeatedly reaching for the light bulb. Had to show hubby ... come look at this! ... soak a 1/4 of a paper towel in d-limonene, then start scrubbing the nasty, dirty wood trim. It took about 2 minutes of scrubbing, but the grime of ages is gone! and the wood is all shiny from the oil. Plus, it smells deliciously like oranges. Hubby says "we've got to get some more of this." He's going to use it next to clean an old microphone he bought at a resale shop. I love it!
