I wore this for the first time tonight. I was outside for hours during an event. There was a 35 degree temp drop after sunset. I put this on and continued to work until midnight. It was comfortable, great looking and warm.I highly recommend this product.

It is very warm but I wore it for 2 days, washed it once and a seam under the arm fell apart.

I started my work day today and it was 17 below zero with the wind chill and a high of 10 degrees. I work inside and outside doing forklift in a unheated wharehouse. I was really impressed that I was alright today. This is definitely warm and thick for a thermal shirt. It reminds me more of a fleece sweatshirt. It true to size. I normally wear a 3xl and it fit great. Not snug fitting and decent length. If didn't come untucked all day long.

I have used these for an ice fishing trip in -35C, where you basically sit for a few hours, and I felt very comfortable and warm. Even though the material is quite thick, it is not too bulky which does not stand in a way of physical activity.

Bought this along with the bottoms which I reviewed separately.Ok here we go. I am 5' 2", 138lbs, 37.5" chest, sleeve maybe 30.5", waist I wear a 28 pants. Average to muscular build. I ordered a small.Shoulder width is a perfect fit. Sleeves are reasonably fitted but not tight to the arm, there's some room. Through the body there is some taper but not much. It's looser through the stomach area than the chest. The length is longer than needed so it would fit people significantly taller than me. The sleeve is also long enough for taller people.Overall not as tight fitting as the pants, but still a good fit for a base layer. If I had my way I would like it more fitted, but here's a limited amount of stretch to the material, not like UA coldgear, so tight might become way too tight really easily.It fits fine under my ECWCS xs fleece jacket, so it's really pretty good fit, and not terribly thick. I bought it to layer for hunting and it fits that bill. Only about as bulky as a tee shirt and cotton thermal shirt and much much warmer.It's kinda like a thin-med sweatshirt with a more form fitting cut.Super comfy and super warm. Probably not as good wicking as the grid fleeces, but also probably warmer.For high activity I might put a thin wicking polyester base layer underneath to manage sweat.
