It is harder and heavier than expected. Appears to be indestructible. Our 8 week old german shepard pups seem to like it.

The Quizvi Indestructible Chew Toy has been an absolute lifesaver for my aggressive chewer! My dog usually destroys toys within hours, but this one has proven to be incredibly durable and long-lasting. The tough material holds up amazingly well to constant chewing, and it’s great to see a toy that truly lives up to its “indestructible” claim.I also love that it’s designed to support dental health. The texture seems to help clean my dog’s teeth as he chews, which is a nice bonus. Plus, it’s an excellent boredom-buster that keeps him occupied for a good amount of time.Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone with a powerful chewer. It’s definitely worth the investment!

My 10-month old Rottweiler has discovered more durable things to chew on than his collection of plushies and rope toys...namely my wooden table legs and even started gnawing on the wall nearest his bed (no, I'm not kidding...I had to re-sheet rock that area because there was a gaping hold in my living room wall). I started looking into hard plastic toys that would satisfy his sharp teeth, and stumbled upon a niche of hardened plastic chews. The nubs on this toy advertise that it can aid in teeth cleaning, but honestly the only thing I've found for that is actual bones (my pup's favorite is currently ostrich bones). However, this chew provides him with hours of entertainment due to the fact he can't break it into little pieces, has discovered he can position his two front paws and skate across the hardwood floors like an idiot, and can fling the thing several feet and chase happily after it. As a bonus, the bacon flavor makes him excited whenever he starts chewing on it. Sure, it's a little noisier than I'm used to, but the sheer joy and happiness he gets from chewing this toy is worth what I paid for it. I'll probably have to replace it in a few weeks if his teeth marks gouge it too badly, but his delight in finding a durable plastic chew toy is all that matters. Definitely recommend for bigger dogs with large bite force.

This chew toy is very strong and durable. My dog loves chewing on it for hours. It’s perfect for aggressive chewers. It helps with my puppy’s teething pain. The toy also improves my dog’s dental health. It keeps my pet busy and entertained. The size is just right for medium dogs. It doesn’t break or wear down easily. It makes a great gift for pet owners. Overall, I’m very happy with this chew toy!

My dog instantly loved this toy. He is an aggressive chewer so this toy works great for him. Also I spread alittle peanut butter in the indentation and it keeps him busy. Very good product.

Seems like it would be a good toy-very hard material, however, the ad states that this toy is bacon flavour & on the box it says beef.My dog is allergic to beef and since I’m not sure how they put the flavouring in, if it’s real or synthetic beef, I have to return. If it were actually bacon we could have kept it.

Dogs love it! Seems very tough and dogs haven’t destroyed it yet. They take turns taking it out of each other’s mouths because they want it. Should’ve bought more than one…

I would highly recommend this Durable Nylon Chew Toy for true aggressive chewers. We have a 1 yr old mini Aussie that will challenge any claim that a chew toy is designed for aggressive chewers. Most fail, few last long enough to see another day. This chew toy falls into the latter category. It survived the first day!!!It was delivered shortly before supper and our dog was torn between this chew toy or his supper. It was a few minutes of going back and forth between the two, which we found surprising. Our dog is highly food driven. This speaks to his high interest in this toy. There appears to be a lot of attention to detail that went into the design. This hedgehog toy features a variety of textures on both sides. Considering how smooth the nylon is, the texture enables the dog to hold it securely in place and get a firm bite grip for successful chewing. This goes for the larger bulbous feet, too. Our pup is able to maintain a good grasp while chewing. The little hedgehog nose made me laugh a bit. Our dog ALWAYS goes for ears, nose, and tails first in his chew toys. Anything soft results in swift amputation by our dog. It came as no surprise that he started on the nose here too. When he was unsuccessful in chewing it off quickly, he finally moved on to a foot.We have not had to add anything onto this toy to entice him. I could not detect the bacon scent until he'd begin chewing into it. He likely smelled it immediately. At only 16.5" tall and 28lbs, our dog is considered medium to small. Though the size of this toy is described as best for medium to large dogs, it is perfect for our boy. As you can see from the pictures I've provided, he was able to do some decent chewing in a matter of a few hours. The only caution: this toy is very hard. It hurts when dropped on our toes. Or pup sometimes flings his chews. It's unpleasant to get hit with it, but it's not a constant issue. At $19.99, the price is about standard for a good chew toy of its size. If you consider a chew toy lasting 4-6 months, it's is a far, FAR less expensive alternative than keeping a dog in bully sticks or yak cheese.Overall, this toy performs as described, but exceeded my expectations. Providing our dog doesn't get bored with it, I would not hesitate to order this chew toy again.

I wanted to try something that claims it's for aggressive chewers but this is not it. My Australian Cattle dog knows the difference between his toys, their purposes, and plays with most the way they're designed however, he has broken off 3 of his canine teeth on hard items designed for chewing which he can spend hours on when bored so I needed something different to save his teeth and thought to give this a try. The flavor of this item interests him and the texture does too. When he wants to chew, he does grab this item and goes to town but, within 10 minutes of taking it out of the box, one of the legs was chewed far passed the point of where the company recommends that the item should be replaced. I may get a few of these over his lifetime for something different but, not as an aggressive chew toy. If your dog usually chews through toys, they will wear this down quickly too. On the positive side, it seems soft enough not to break his teeth but, he hasn't had it long enough yet to know.

This creature looks like it could be hard as a rock but it’s not. It’s got a little bit of cushion to it. I can push the surface in with my fingers and a dog with good teeth and lots of determination would be able to chew into this quite easily. It’s got lots of ridges and the legs and snout where a dog should be able to get a good grip on it. It’s made from nylon and it says it’s infused with the flavour of bacon. The belly area is indented like a bowl, intended for snacks like peanut butter or whatever you can think of.This should be a good option if you want to keep your dog occupied for awhile.
