First, I put all of the parts of this through the dishwasher immediately after receiving it just to make sure my dogs weren't chewing on any residue or grime from manufacturing or shipment; it held up great which should be really helpful between uses. The snap on lids for the interchangeable cups don't have a super tight seal so you won't want to leave them in your freezer for really prolonged periods because I think it's likely the contents will get freezer burnt. The cups hold a fairly large amount of filling. My dogs adore peanut butter more than just about anything else but filling these to the top just seems a little unreasonable and will cause us go through a standard size jar of PB within about 4 fillings. To help occupy some of the space, I also placed some milk bone pieces in the cup as I was packing the PB in and I think the dogs will enjoy finding treats inside as they go. I plan to also try freezing pumpkin puree in these. The two halves of the toy screw together easily. There's also an option to switch in the included insert that slowly doles out dry kibble or treats but the opening is not adjustable so if the size of the food item isn't a good match, it may be too easy or hard. It's fairly heavy and seems to be durable for play by medium to large dogs - even aggressive chewers, like my dogs. For smaller dogs, this toy may be too much.I love this toy for when I need to keep my dogs quiet and entertained while I make phone calls or work out.

My pups love a good wobbly toy with a weighted base that they can bat at (I know, they're weird), so I knew this interactive dog toy / frozen treat dispenser would be a hit whether or not I fill it with food. I especially like that this is versatile enough to hold dry foot (with or without the baffle to make it disperse more slowly) AND frozen treats. I love making "pupsicles" for my cold-climate dogs during the hot months but hate having to hold onto the stick while they get cold, sticky drips all over my hands! This promises to solve that issue.I really appreciate that it comes with two containers for making the perfect size of frozen treats, then popping the whole thing (cup and all) right into the ball for my dogs. I also like that the plastic is dishwasher-safe for easy clean-up. It's been unseasonably cold here, so we've only used it for dry kibble so far, but my dogs are already enjoying it. I have no doubt they'll LOVE eating their pupsicles out of their new ball, too.And make no mistake, my dogs do want to play with this and can pick it up, but it hasn't taken over the favorite spot vs. other, similar enrichment toys they love more. That's really the only reason I can't give this 5 stars. The shape is great for wobbling and dispensing treats, but it's not the easiest for my ~16 lb Klee Kai to chew or carry... and I've seen them pick up balls that are 3x the size, but have a better grip or shape. They carry this one by putting their lower jaws in the hole and that makes me a little nervous that they'll chip a tooth on the hard plastic if they bonk into anything.Overall, if this were a firm rubber or silicone that could still go in the dishwasher, it might be PERFECT. if it had a little grippier texture on the outside, likewise perfect. But as is, it's almost there: it's a good, active, stimulation toy that makes your dog work for their snack and keeps them occupied... just monitor your pets while they play to make sure they don't get their teeth stuck or chip a tooth!

My dog loves this. I can put kibble (fits less than half a cup of kibble) and it comes with 2 small cups for frozen treat. My dog hasn't been able to tear it up but he sometimes almost opens up the container but i usually take it away by then since he's already eaten whatever is inside of it.

The Dog Treat Dispenser comes with 3 inner cups to hold your treats which has been great. I can fill one up with peanut butter (which my Corgi's go nuts for) and have another cup in the freezer for a yoghurt treat, and another for dry treats to dispense when the boys roll it around. It's fun watching them basically treat it like a soccer ball.Interactive: This definitely keeps my Corgi's busy. The fact it isn't fully round but textured allows it to change direction when they hit it with their paws.Weight: It is rather heavy for a toy in my opinion at 0.9 ounces, but my Corgi's can pick it up and carry it around and play keep-away without issue, so that is all that matters.Ease of Use: Very easy to open, close and clean for fur Moms and Dads.Food grade nylon material: Because it is a larger size my Corgi's haven't been able to chew the toy, which is good! They are more interested in licking the treat until it's gone then using the toy like a soccer ball. This is a tough toy! Now if you have a larger dog than a Corgi that is an agressive chewer, I'd definitely recommend getting a bigger toy or watch them, but I'm sure it'll take a lot to ruin it.Durability: This gets a 9 out of 10 from me. As my house has all wood floors and stairs, my Corgi's like to roll and drop the toy from the top of the stairs. Very LOUD all the way down. With that, it hasn't cracked or dented, nor has it hasn't come apart (where it screws together).Cons:If you have hardwood floors this is a loud toy. My Corgi's love to pick it up and drop it and because of the ridges in the toy, you hear it rolling with a lot of.. bumpy texture sounds. My home is all wood floors and with stairs, so it is LOUD when dropped and rolled.Smaller dogs will have difficulty.Weight: They will have a hard time playing with it, I know my four 4lb dogs cannot move it around easily or at all. Apparently .09 ounces is a lot for them.Depth of treat tub: they aren't able to lick the treat tub inside clean. Once they lick it past 1/4" their tongues cannot reach the treat.Price point: Spot on. It isn't overly expensive like a lot of dog toys are. I believe it's perfect as it is VERY durable, the size and quality of the dog toy and, my boys like it.Recommend this for fur Moms and Dads.
