Security violations. You can try to contact them as I have. Request your files and information be deleted from there servers in accordance with local and international privacy laws. You'll get ghosted too. This device gives every image to them and they are keeping it! Like telling a scammer you're on the do-not-call list, it just makes them angry, except you ARE giving them everything they want frame by frame.

I like it but one main reason I purchased was that it said it had color night vision. It does not. It’s black and white. Disappointed but I like it otherwise

There was a problem with the installation of the SD card for my monitor. I tried to contact the manufacturer's customer service through the APP. The customer service was very enthusiastic in answering my questions and even had an engineer make a demonstration video for me on-site. The problem was solved perfectly. I'm very grateful for the customer service's patient answers.

This is a great camera. It delivers everything as promised. You get almost a 360 degree view that you can move via the mobile app, which is really nice. The audio and video are clear. I find it to be a great value overall.
