Would have left a higher star rating however it arrived with a damaged tray. When I went to report it, I didn’t get any option of replacement only a shipping label and a refund. I would have liked the option of how to handle this, as I spent so much of my time looking for a new crate. Now the search starts again, because I will not be making this purchase again.

Good application of Powder coated-paint on framework and ALL screw holes easily matched up; Screw heads were large enough to hand tighten while assembling (as instructions suggested) then only needed one or two turns of the supplied "screwdriver" type tool to complete...Electric drill not needed. I did attach the casters earlier than instructions suggested so that one person could move crate around while assembling instead of 2-persons suggested in instructions. Surprising how well everything went together and all of the parts were included! Looks very nice in my living room too. Small chihuahua tried, but could not bite the metal sides. Also, it was packed very well with lots of Styrofoam so that even though the box was damaged on one corner from shipping, there was NO damage to the parts. I REALLY like this on wheels, and reaching in for dog is easier since it sits up a little higher than my old crate that was sitting on the floor. Surprisingly good purchase.
