It works. The finish is awful. The central pivot hole is hidden by a sticker. I havn't tested it with much load & I have my doubts it would hold what they say it will but it does work for the job. If I could have paid a bit more and bought something with some quality pride in the product I would have. When I say finish is bad it had been varnished & immediatly put into it plastic wrapper bag as the bag was stuck to the varnish.

Horrible finish and quality. They look like some 3-year old in a child labor camp made them. Whatever product they used to varnish them looks like it was wrapped in plastic while it was still wet. Very wrinkly rough finish. When sanding it off, it gels up

I am a sign designer and fabricator I needed the blocks for a sign project.I textured the wood blocks to look like weathered drift wood and faux finished the metal to look old and weatheredThe final look was just what I was looking for.

i needed an 1860's era single pulley for a display. I had to remove the hook clasp and the nylon lower bushing. then quick age it. so rating it for work use I can't say. it is real world workable. the pulley is supported by the top strap. so it should be able to meet the weight limit.
