22 bucks at the time of this writing. I don't think you can beat that price for a bolt cutter of this quality. I haven't seen it anyway. The business end of these cutters is made of 5/16" hardened steel - advertised chrome Vanadium - I've no reason to doubt it. Cut right through an old standard master lock I lost the key to - didn't damage blades. I saw some negative reviews - then realized the reviewers had purchased 14" bolt cutter. 14 inches doesn't make a bolt cutter for me - I order the 24" and they work fine.5 Stars fro The OTLOOMTBT Industrial Grade 24 Inch Bolt Cutter

I had lost my bolt cutters so I decided to replace them they had one job to cut one lock that was not Strong at all and the results were very poor keep in mind they were the 24 inch bolt cutters against a mediocre Master lock

We did my deck with heave gauge goat panels, there was a LOT of cutting. It took a little elbow grease by the end, but it's still got a few cuts before we sharpen it.
