Tips:

1. It's best to do some testing on scrap to adjust the stroke to get the desired nuts result. Start with a short stroke setting and work your way up until the nut is properly tightened. When the nut pull stroke is set too long, you may strip the threads on the mandrel.

2. The direction of pulling the nut should be perpendicular to the plate, so as not to damage the pull rod and get a good pulling nut effect.

Note:

1. During replays nose-piece, for safety, be sure to turn off the air source first .

2. After installing the gun head, please test the air pressure and tools to be normal before starting the formal operation.

Safety User Guide：

In order to enable you to use this tool correctly and not to be harmed at work, please read the following items carefully and strictly implement them before use.

1. The maximum air pressure used cannot exceed 7bar, or the maximum pressure required in the instructions.

2. When not in use, changing tool accessories or performing maintenance, please turn off the air source and disconnect the tool from the air source connector.

3. When operating the tool, do not wear gloves, shin guards, or loose clothing, and keep a certain distance from the body and the tool.

4. Do not directly touch the rotating shaft to avoid injury to your hands or other parts of the body by tools. Wear gloves to protect your hands during operation.

5. Non-professionals cannot modify the tool structure by themselves, or replace parts from other manufacturers.

6. Do not leave excessively long gas lines in walkways or work areas, which could cause staff to trip and slip.

Mandrels seem to be decent quality but doesn't come with nose cone to support and can't get customer contact info. Returning because these are useless without it.

It’s a bit tricky to get tuned in to the perfect settings to make automatically insert and reverse out, but when you get it, it’s great! Don’t know why more people aren’t using this. Considering the cost of other machines that do the same “full” job, this is a good value. We’re keeping ours in the case when not in use. Put your parts and tools back in the box or you WILL lose something.

The mandrels seem to wear somewhat, grease them, I recommend purchasing a double of the type you will be using most to avoid having to halt production if one fails.

If you value your time buy this. If you don’t or want to milk the clock buy another. This tool is the best. EDIT can’t find parts. Mandrel holder broke. Looks like I will need to buy a new one to get it.

Instructions are beyond horrendous. Turning the dial a couple clicks the wrong way and it destroys the rivet nut and gets stuck. Expected way more for this much money.

So far in our fabrication shop this tool has been extremely pleasant and easy to use. I've hear horror stories about the cheaper units constantly stripping mandrels, but with the adjustable stroke of this unit, i am quite pleased with it's operation. Very happy i bit the bullet and spent the money on this unit first. Buy once, cry once.

Hello,Bought a couple of these for my shops- all worked besides one. one seemed to work for a couple days then just randomly stopped working. the others worked fine- must just be a one off
