My title basically covers it all. If I go into details somebody should pay me for the labor, lol. These is a lot say. Both pros and cons.At the end tho it all comes down to whether or not this product has an alternative. No. So I guess they don't care about making it better.I kept it for my reasons. But I really wish I didn't have to buy it in the first place. Way too expensive. Way too frustrating.Oh, almost forgot, not very reliable either. The calibration numbers are way off each time. I don't even know if the numbers I see are any accurate. The next best alternative are those dipping papers thingies which are not acurate by design anyways. So no real way to test if this actually does what it is expected to do.And the app - it is built with "what else can we do to make our users absolutely mad" in mind.

Perfect example of getting what you paid for! I bought a cheaper meter from a different company, and it was trash. This time I did some research and went with a company based in the USA! Well made, sturdy meter. Reliable, digital results! Bluetooth function and app work great on my iPhone!

I am very impressed with this meter! I was looking for a better system to test water than the typical color matching strips or tablets. I really appreciate the reagent strips having the exact amount needed for testing. Really easy and no mess. I love the Bluetooth capability which will send and store data on my phone app. Worth the money!
