Not 2.9 inches thick lol the reason why I bought it was it was supposed to be 2.9 in thick not quite I mean I can lay on it and I'm a side sleeper not the thickest maybe 2 in I mean I could use it but little disappointed on the advertisers 2.9 in thick.

Got this for children's sleepovers. Makes them feel like they are camping. Easy to inflate, deflate, and repackage.

Is it a cot? Nope. But if you're at that cusp like I am where sleeping on the ground is starting to leave you too sore to be worth it, then this pad will come to the rescue!

This is a fine quality sleeping bag mat, well and durably built with a great feel on the ground or on a support surface. I used this on the tent floor my first use and slept through till time to go to the stand like a baby. The mat lays great, rolls up well and pumps up quick and firm with the included pump kit. The mat wipes down for easy cleanup and rolls up and stores great in a kit bag I already had. I have ordered an additional unit for my eighteen year old daughter. This is a really comfortable and a great value.

We camp often, our entire famiy does. Most of us use air mattresses, but my son and daughter-in-law use camping cots. My daughter-in-law only recently started to have hip pain from her cot, and began to have trouble sleeping because of it. She used this with her cot, and she said it was the best night sleep ever! She said the design helps to evenly support your weight while preventing pressure points and pain. The pad is not so thick that you are elevated, but thick enough to be comfortable. The material is not loud or squeaky, and the finish is smooth, not scratchy or rough.It rolls up tightly into a smakl roll, and comes in a carry bag for convenient storage. Overall, this is a win, and I highly recommend.
