It has good quality and is easy to use. Its compact size makes it easy to move anywhere, though it is a bit heavy. It would be even better if it came with additional accessories, so you wouldn’t need to buy something separately to place under your feet while using it. However, it effectively keeps water cold or warm and has a stable design that prevents leaks. Overall, I really like it.

I give it a three because this is good of you are a sport person and wants to maintain consisting weight. If you are not a sport person, you might used only maybe once or twice a year because is very, very cold and you will not be able to stand the cold. Whether is good to have or not is an individual decision.

This review is for the Icebound Essentials XL 150gallon cold plunge tub Black.Good: This is about as sturdily built as these kinds of tubs get, so no worries about durability and longevity, so long as you avoid the common pitfalls of inflatables like pointy or sharp objects, too much sun for too long, too much concentrated pressure for too long etc. The chiller hookups work as they should, they have brass internal threading and are clearly labeled. An emergency repair kit is included, as well as a branded foot mat to stand on, a high pressure pump, carrying bag and a branded stainless steel water bottle. It was very easy to setup, no problems with leakage, and overall, the tub is great quality, by far the biggest I have. I have had no problems with water leakage either.Neutral/could be improved: The carrying bag is not the best quality. The fabric itself is sturdy, but this is a heavy tub to tote around, it should have dedicated, padded backpack straps and at least two webbing grab handles. The included plugs for the inlet and outlet are made of plastic, so be sure to screw it in correctly every time, because the brass will chew off plastic from an improperly screwed in plug. Personally, I would update this product to include compatible metal shut off valves or metal screw in plugs, but there is nothing truly wrong with it that I would deduct stars for either.Bad: Nothing that I have noticed yet.

This ice bath is heavy duty. It holds temperature water and temperature well. No leakage. It also prevents it from freezing completely through on consistent freezing temperatures outside. I've been very happy with it. Comes with lots of top of the line extras for the ice bath user. Easy to deflate.

This pool is super easy to install. I was able to take a cold plunge not long after plugging it in. I take two dip/day.

This was perfect for us! I've been loving cold plunges for recovery but don't have a tub and don't have the space for a permenant fixture. Everything came neatly packaged (including a bonus insulated metal water bottle!) and setup was a breeze. 15 mintues total from sitting in an amazon box to filled with water, ice and me. Everything needed is included and it is supprisingly rigid once you have it set. I haven't had to take it down for any backyard events yet, but it seems very straighforward and the storage/carry bag looks great. It has supprisingly nice backpack straps and looks like it's actually big enough for a non-factory pack job (looking at you every tent I've ever owned). Can't recommend enough for anyone looking for a non-permenant cold plunge solution.
