You really need to adjust the inflation level according to your weight and the size of your bottom. If you don't, the air inside will keep shifting, and you'll find yourself constantly needing to adjust your sitting position. Once you find the right inflation level, the cushion provides excellent support and balance. The quality of the cushion itself is great, so I recommend experimenting with different levels of inflation when you use it for the first time. Take the time to find the optimal setup based on your body, and you'll get the best results.

It's smaller than I expected, but quite soft and comfortable. I really like the portable design. When squeeze all of the air out, you can put it in a very small bag and use the portable hook to hang it on your backpack.
