What better endorsement than to tell you right here... this FlowZoom air pillow was SO easy to transport, inflate and use.. and it was so comfortable and adjustable, that once I got home, it actually became my MAIN pillow! That's right, it has replaced all my pillows at home and I now use my Flowzoom every night. Which makes traveling all the more transparent in terms of sleep comfort, no matter where I end up sleeping. It's always my main pillow cradling my neck and head. And their customer support is second to NONE.

I figured the best way ( by accident) to use it after 2 travels. It works best on my situation when it hungs like a backpack on my back and at the same time supporting my neck.So comfortable. I wouldn’t travel without it.

This is a high quality product, but I don't think the design is that amazing. I used this on my 12 hour flight to Tokyo and Malaysia. I struggled because when it was inflated all the way, I couldn't rest my head back on the seat. Like it was too inflated to lean back. And when I deflated it a bit, it was just uncomfortable. I do like the hood feature, but I don't think I would suggest this design to others. Not worth the price.

WOW!!! They really got it right this time. I was skeptical at first, thinking "this is just another waste of money" - however, this finally checks all the boxes. It was so good that I bought two!!! Soft, supportive, packable, and great value.

This travel pillow is hands down the best one I have ever owned.(+)s- it is covered with a velvet like material that is soft and comfortable- it is inflatable so it collapses to basically nothing and goes into its travel pouch. This way it stays clean and doesn’t take up much space in your backpack/carryon.- it supports your neck under the chin and your head doesn’t keep falling forwards when you sleep in your seat.- it can be worn “upside down “ or “backwards” to provide best support around your neck where you need it- the hood provides coverage from light and allows for more comfortable sleep- it is priced fairly(-)s- None yet

I like the outside packaging that it comes in because it looks like a miniature suitcase. I liked the plush feel of the neck pillow material and the overall design. It was very easy to inflate and deflate, and repack. It comes with a nice hood and bag to keep it all in. The only complaint is that the ear plugs are a bad joke and completely worthless. If it were not for that, I would give it 5 stars.

I went on a 9+ hour trip as a passenger and this was a gamechanger. It felt high quality and I loved that you can inflate/deflate it to the perfect size. The hood was an awesome addition I didn’t think I needed but appreciated so much! Neck support may vary but I was able to sleep for a solid 4 hours of the trip which is normally unheard of me so I am a big fan!

It is nice it compacts down. I wish I could have liked it. However, it has no air compartments to separate the areas internally. What happens, is leaning back, the air pressure is sent forward, so the sides of my neck felt like I was being gently strangled with it pressing against the neck arteries. I tried different methods as the manual showed, and air pressures with no change. It was like having a soft claw on my neck sidesIf they make a revision, they should look into again separate air compartments, so all that all the air isn't pushed to one area when pressure is applied to another.
