I bought this infrared sauna blanket to help with weight cuts for my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitions, and it’s been a game changer. It heats up quickly and gets really warm — up to 176°F — which is perfect when I need to sweat before a weigh-in. The timer is easy to set, and the blanket is long enough for my whole body (I’m 5’6feet tall). It’s also been great for relaxing sore muscles after tough training sessions. Portable, easy to clean, and super effective. If you’re an athlete or just want to detox and relax at home, I highly recommend it!

I just tried the Infrared Sauna Blanket for the first time tonight, and wow, it gets HOT in the best way. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but within minutes I could feel the heat working deep into my muscles.I had a dry needling this week, and it almost instantly eased the soreness.It’s like a full-body hug that melts away stress. I felt so relaxed by the end of the session, I could’ve fallen asleep right there on the mat.I can’t speak to long-term results yet, obviously, but after just one use I’m already hooked. I have sensitive skin, and I didn’t have any issues, just a deep, satisfying sweat that felt like a full body detox.The heat builds gradually, and I appreciated that I could adjust the settings to find my comfort level. I set it too high at first, so take it slow at first.It's easy to set up and use, and the storage bag is a great way to put it away after use.Definitely excited to make this part of my routine. I really love this sauna blanket. It heats up fast and is easy to use. It comes with a nice size bag for easy carrying. The material of the blanket looks great and durable. The setting of the temperature is easy to adjust and well functioned. I usually don't sweat that easy or have to work out so long for sweating. With this blanket, I can easily sweat and my body feels relaxed and detoxed. I am happy with this purchase and I highly recommend it.

This sauna blanket is awesome :))))) I always wanted one at home, and this is perfect! It heats up fast and makes me sweat a lot, just like a real sauna. I use it to relax or after working out, feels super amazin every time and I always fell asleep while it’s on, plus whenever I use it, my cat loves to lays on top of me because it’s warm 😂 he approved too lol

I recently tried this sauna blanket for the first time, and I’m very impressed overall! The heat settings are easy to adjust, and it heats up quickly, giving me a true sauna experience at home. This is a really great alternative to the full size saunas Ive been looking at. I have been debating whether to purchase a walk in sauna but really could not find a inconspicuous space in my family room nor did I want to put it in the garage. So glad I found this sleeping bag version. I was dubious at first because I really didnt think it would have the same effect but this really felt very relaxing and warm. I would describe it as a weighted blanket without the chest constriction of the heavy blanket. It heats up very very quickly which at first I got a little concerned, but the controls are very responsive and I really did get a good sweat very quickly. An added bonus is that your head sticks out from the bag so you dont have to struggle breathing like I do sometimes at the gym sauna. Overall, Im very happy and cant wait to start using this multiple times each week.
