Ordered this option knowing for the price it would be hit or miss. It was a miss.Pros: order was received quickly.Cons: cheaply made and burned right up right after replacing the previous one.Advice: just put the extra into a better up front and save yourself the trouble and extra work from replacing twice.

When I rebuilt my injector pump I replaced the fuel shut off solenoid with this unit. After about a year the %#@&! injector appeared to fail again. When I opened it up I found that the outer layer of this solenoid had disintegrated sending bits of plastic everywhere, clogging EVERYTHING. Bench testing the thing I find that this solenoid gets super hot. You've been warned.

This solenoid was for a fuel shut-off on a 1989 John Deere loader/backhoe. I went to the John Deere store and was told the replacement part would cost $179.14! To be able to buy the exact same device that the Deere store had, for about $30, wasn't a tough decision. I ordered it and 2 days later it was being installed. This device was made in China as was the same one in the John Deere store. Plus, the store said it would take at least 4 days to get in.
