The installation video and customer support helped me complete the setup with ease. There can be some hassle when changing the film—after about two days and enough designs, you’ll need to replace and reset the film. The machine works really well, and from the start, we’ve been getting great prints. It can run overnight with minimal adjustments, which is really useful for business.

I am new to DTF printing and I have received so much help and support from the companies technician Fiona. I have learned so much about my printer and how to maintain it and keep it running smoothly. I am so happy with my purchase and would recommend this printer to anyone looking into DTF printing. Even beginners.

My wife bought this and it doesn't come with any assembly instructions thank goodness I grew up building Legosand now highrises and bridges for the past 30 yrs and had to use the prints for toilet paper now it's her turn to figure out how to use the thing 🤔🤦 inksonic needs to do better than making old people download apps and other stuff to your computer just for information!!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER. They false advertise the automatic roller. There is no communication link between the printer and the roller so it is impossible for it be automatic. The only way it works if you sit there and turn it on and off or the waste material will jam. The wooden crate the printer arrived in was damaged so I have no way to ship this piece of garbage back. Total waste of time and money. By the way their tech support is from 9pm to 9am, so I hope you like to work at midnight trying to solve the many issues that you will have. Never got the printer to work and I am still missing parts and the ink. This company should not be in business!
