After 2 months this started falling apart at the seams. Tried taping the seams to make it last longer. A year and a half later it has completely fallen apart. Very disappointed in the quality of this. Would not recommend.

Quite happy with this purchase. It is holding up well to knees and front kick teeps. I've mounted it to 2x4's and mounted that to 2x4's drilled onto the drywall (using stud finder and mounting onto beams of course). Doesn't take up too much space so it's a great alternative. Punches are loud and makes noise throughout the whole house so it's ideal for brick walls, garage or a stand alone house (not apartments, condos etc.). Which is why I am focusing on knees and teeps (barely makes any noise).

This is a great space saver! With a little practice, you can even do front, side and roundhouse kicks. The bag is hard, so gloves are a must. I do kick it, so hopefully it holds up over time.

Great alternative to a hanging punching bag. Very sturdy as long as you screw into studs or solid wall. Allows you to work uppercut and hooks. Very good experience with customer service with quick response time.

Already in love with this bag! If you are short on space and love building a minimalist home gym this punching bag is ideal. I love that it has the targets for hooks, crosses, uppercuts, and jabs! It eliminates the constant swaying of a traditional punching bag. It's like someone is holding the bag for you while you unleash a flurry of combinations. Definitely not this before they start price gouging!

Love this wall mounted bag! Its considerably less than similar products but does not lack in quality.It's really tough but still has cushion so your hands do not get injured.I didn't use the included hardware. Instead I went to Lowe's and bought a 2ft x 2ft board, mounted that on the wall studs and then the bag on the board.It's very solid.
