I installed these behind the door of our storage room for my expensive bags. They are extremely easy to install despite some reviewers saying that they sent them back because "there were no instructions." First of all, you really don't need instructions. Secondly, if you are stumped- there ARE instructions; both a photo and video in the description photos on the Amazon page. Regardless, these are literally a no brainer. You can easily adjust where you want the hooks to be and then secure the clip below them to keep them in place. If the hooks are twisted, simply roll them back around to the front. Also, the hooks that secure to the top and bottom of the door are thin enough not to be obtrusive when you close the door, but they're still sturdy. A great idea and well designed. I will buy more for other storage.

I wouldn't give this any stars if that was possible. The instructions included were incomprehensible. Certainly they were not complete. The hooks were installed on the wrong side, so if this was hung up on a door the hooks would face into the door, instead of being on the outside so purses could be hung up on them. One of the organizers was held together by a regular paper clip, the same kind I would use to clip 2 or 3 pieces of paper together if I didn't want to staple. It was cheap, which should have been a warning to me. I returned it; thankfully Amazon returns are very easy. Don't waste your time or money!

I thought this product was great. It does exactly as advertised. I was able to hang all of my purses and save much needed space. The only thing I did not like was the quality of the over and under door hooks. They are not very strong. So dont over torque the tension or the hooks will flatten. I learned from that mistake, rebent the hooks to the correct shape and was able to get 17 large empty purses hung and organized. I would recommend this product.

I didn't find one of the door hanger metal pieces and emailed Inogih Inc. Their quick response says so much about their company. They emailed me back the very next day. I was so pleased. I then found the metal piece underneath all of the packaging and let them know. The product doesn't work for me, as my door is near the sliding closet door. The door doesn't open fully. So, I am going to attach the straps to the sliding closet door. That will probably do the trick. I have a very small house...... and lots of purses...... This product will help me open up more space.

Cuando recibí el producto parecia que los metales estaban puestos al revés, así que me tomé a la tarea de reacomodarlos y ya por fin pude colgarlos como se muestra en la imagen. Pensaba que no iba a poder con el peso de las bolsas pero ya colgué mis 20 bolsas en la puerta y me agrada que se ver en orden y cuando me tomo fotos de mis outfil salen como fondo bien acomodadas. Me ha servido para que mi clóset no esté tan saturado.
