Good Heater--- I have a 23" x 23' garage insolated. This heater increases temperature 10 degrease in 30 minutes and works well. Very Quiet when operating. The internal thermostat is about 8 degreases off ( set to 78 degrease keeps area to 70) but i can adjust to that. Brace for Ceiling Attachment needs to be more substantial (thicker steel), i use the two bolt method and it does Bowe after install. Glad i didn't use the signal blot swivel install.

Must be mechanically inclined to install this unit. If you're the slightest bit weary or doubtful. Just hire a certified electrician. Took me all of 90 mins to fully install. Used 8g wire and a 2pole 40 breaker. Instead of buying wire, emt, boxes, etc... I went with an air conditioning whip made of seal tight. Unit was installed around 6ft from electrical panel so that worked perfect. If your panel is a good distance from install location, you'll easily spend more on wire then for the unit itself. That being said, the unit itself is very lightweight. Smaller then some 1500watt 120v heaters but let me tell you this thing puts off the heat. Thirty minutes it brought the temp in a roughly 360sqft garage from 36°F to maintaining 60-65 very easily. Slightly drafty but insulated door and insulated walls.Could very easily make these portable with an rv whip and receptacle for on a jobsite.

Smaller than I thought it would be. Easy to install for a non-electrician. Very effective at heating my approx. 600 sq. ft. garage.

I understand there are lemons in every manufactured item. I read all the negative reviews but apparently I got a good one. Easy to install, came right on and quickly did its job (relatively quietly). 7500w- 40A double pole, #8/2 w/ground. Keeps 450 sf at set temp easily in garage and it's below freezing outside. So far very pleased.Update: so far only one problem. I have a Samsung TV in the garage as well. The remote for the TV causes the heater to change. They're apparently programmed on the same frequency.

Very impressed with this heater. Even the smallest unit (5000W) has very good heat output and is very quick to heat our single non-insulated garage. It is relatively quiet, the controls work, and the build feels solid. I trust the manufacturer being North American, and the price is very reasonable. You can easily install and wire it yourself if you have basic tools and electrical sense. Instructions are clear to follow with diagrams.

We purchased this heater back in October. We had it installed by an electrician and we really didn’t start using it until mid December (we live in Florida). We kept it in our enclosed patio for our parrots. We recently had historic snowfall and are still expecting freezing temperatures for the next few days. Well, the heating element went out today. We got around 6 weeks of use and it crapped out. Unfortunately, the window of return has passed. Hopefully if you purchase this heater, yours will last longer than ours did. Very disappointed in this product.

Small compact unit, easy install. In a cold garage (-10 c) this heater worked so well. Hope it works this good for a long time.

When you finally lift this unit up to the bracket (by yourself) and then find out that the distance between the holes for the main support and the angle positioning holes are off by about 2 millimeters, high blood pressure becomes a health issue. Memo to other buyers: Make sure the damn bracket fits "with the screws In" first. Don't be like me and just eyeball it.Now that I finally got it installed, it works well.

Recently, I purchased a garage heater for my husband. The garage is often considered a man's "cave," and this heater's modern design perfectly fits the environment. Upon turning it on for the first time, I was surprised by how lightweight and compact the 240V 7,500-watt heater is as warm air quickly filled the space, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Our 600sqft garage is used for some woodworking projects. Last week when temperature dropped to mid-50F at night, this heater quickly raised it to 70 in just 10 minutes, wow! User guide was very detailed and usage tutorial video was clear. He liked the remote control and the timer feature because that way he could just walk away when he's done with his projects. It has lots of nice features, making it ideal for winter usage in a home garage:Powerful heating capability: Temperature can be adjusted between 40°F and 99°F, quickly bringing the space to a comfortable level.External thermostat function: we didn't notice this untill after we installed it and it didn't work. Then when we ready the manual again and did some trouble shooting, we realized that we had the thermometer setting at the "external thermostat". I think this might be more useful if it's used in a business, otherwise using the "internal thermostat" would be just fine.90-second cooling function: Please be aware - when it's turned off, the fan continues to run for 90 seconds. It's not borken, it's just to cool down internal components according to the manual.Fan mode: The fan would help bring some fresh air, but it may not help cooling the temperature in hot summer days, I guess. It is not that strong but noticeable.Variable power adjustment: This is a very power consuming heater, considering the super high wattage. I think the manufacturer tried to do their best to save some % of energy while you are running it. I can't tell for sure how muth it saves because it depends on the garage size, temperature settings, so I did some calculation:Based on our local electricity rate of $0.32 per kilowatt-hour, Low mode (5000W) would cost ~$1.60/h; High mode (7500W) ~$2.40/h. Energy consumption in low mode is about 33% less than in high mode. HOWEVER, remember that it stops when the set temperature is reached, so it would not keep running all the time.In short, this powerful and feature-packed garage heater is a great choice for keeping garage warm and comfy, without breaking the bank on electricity. It’s definitely a smart investment!
