These are fantastic gym shoes

The shoe might be great, but the prior ‘owners’ washed the shoes, the insoles were disgusting, no original tags, and were delivered in a bag versus a box. Where is the quality control Amazon?

Definitely size up by one Whole shoe size. I normally wear a 6.5. Ordered the 7 because it was recommended to go up by half a size to a full size. Had to return those. The 7.5 worked, so I recommend to go up one full size, if you want to save time. So far so good. Only time will tell if the shoes hold up to being 5-star worthy. Will update in a few months.

I usually wear 7.5-8. Ordered an 8 and will need to exchange for 8.5

I use these for strength training only, they are very comfortable and flexible. Lots of room for my toes
