Arrived dented and with creases in the brayer. Also constantly falls apart. A piece of junk.

Misleading- this appears to be a foam brayer, not a soft, synthetic rubber. It squeaks quite a bit and paint does not wash off if you forget it overnight.

We make a specialty product, this roller helps press fiberglass mesh down and fills gaps on our product. It has made working with the fiberglass mesh much easier.

It kicks butt on the cheap harder brayers

It's a brayer, and it works just the way it should. I didn't really need the hard roller, but this set was the same price as the one without, so I'll save it until I do need it. I do love the fact that it comes apart for cleaning, though by the time I'm in clean-up mode it's stained from my liquid acrylics. Just remember to keep paper, paper towels or something nearby to roll it "clean" as you work and it should get the job done for a long time.

This brayer is excellent for painting in Cold Wax and Oil, and I suspect with acrylics as well. It is not real hard like a printing brayer and so picks up and lays down paint well. Hard beaters don't seem to hold enough paint to do more than 1 or 2 swipes. And softer beaters seem to put too much paint down on the surface.
