  • Before using the pan, it should be cleaned with detergent and warm water to ensure that both the inside and outside of the pan are thoroughly clean. Avoid using rough cleaning tools such as abrasive cloths, as they may scratch the surface of the pan.

  • Before cooking, heat the pan or pot over medium heat. Excessive temperature will cause the food to stick in the pan. In addition, appropriate oil can be added to increase the non stick properties of the pan.

  • Please avoide rinsing hot pans directly with cold water or exposing them to sudden temperature changes.

  • Boil water and white vinegar together in a pot for 3-5 minutes, then wash with a cloth or rag while still hot.

Yellowed areas can be easily removed by washing with warm water and stain-removing powder.

  • Metal spatulas will not affect the performance of the pan. To avoid scratches, avoid using sharp knives or metal spoons to stir food, as this can scratch the surface of the pan.

This paella pot is very nice and large, and it is perfect for home use. The quality is very good and the thickness of the pan is perfect. I feel like if you're someone who loves to have a nice crisp rice on the crust of your paella, then this pot is going to deliver for you. You do need a side stove so that you can cook evenly, but this pot has everything you need. The handles are doable in the are bolted on so nicely that you don't have to be alarmed with the fact that it would break or anything because it won't. Also, the lid is great and it's water tight and I like that for this pot as well. The quality is so good and I'm really impressed by it. It's easy to clean and it doesn't seem like the rice in the ingredient stick on it so it seems like a more non-stick pot.

This is a beautiful extra large pan and worked really well on the elongated center burner of my gas stove. Its sturdy and has a great weight to it, conducted heat well and evenly and the non-stick worked well and cleaned up nicely. It is really large, which helps with not overcrowding when browning meats, etc. the lid is beautiful, well made, handles secure and the value is spot on for such a large, well-made piece. It looks, feels and performs like an expensive pan.

This is a large pan that can cook up a lot of food. I don't cook during the week much so on weekends I cook for the week or for freezing meals for future use. This fits the bill. The pan is solid but not too heavy even for an old lady like me. I have two minor issues with it. I have made pancakes, hamburgers and casseroles for freezing. The non-stick works well so it's reasonably easy to wipe clean with a slightly soapy dishcloth and a fast rinse. However I'm deducting half a star for the rivets on the inside of the pan. These always make a pan a little harder to clean because food wants to stick around the rivet so it takes a little extra attention to make sure they are clean. Also the lid hand is attached by screws that will probably need to be checked periodically to make sure they haven't loosened or need retightened. I think the price might be a little high for the way it's made but not out of line for a 14 inch pan with lid.

The ad says paella pan and I am sure it would make the one-pot dish wonderfully. However in our part of the country our favorite one pot dish is pork tasso, sausage and shrimp jambalaya. it too is made and served in the same pot. This 14" skillet is big enough to make jambalaya for our family with leftovers if we are lucky. from the onions, celery and green peppers to the point we add the final ingredient it was a delightful cooking experience. The pan is so attractive when we place it in the center of the buffet for serving we get compliments on it's looks and when they taste the fooe we get compliments on the preparation. It is definitely non-stick and that make clean up so quick and easy. I heartily recommend this pan.

We have a super nice set of stainless steel pots and pans that hubs got from Italy, and we have been very happy with them. But the large skillet is not as large as this Inqibee 14-Inch Hybrid Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Paella Pan. This thing has a huge diameter! It's a nice, heavy pan. The handles are firmly riveted in place, no wiggling. The glass lid has a vent hole, and it has a metal handle, so the lid can go into the oven. The bottom of the pan is nice and flat. I have a gas stove, so that's not as big a deal here, but if you have a ceramic top stove, you'll need a perfectly flat bottom for efficient heating.I'm not a fan of non-stick surfaces, but this stuff isn't the same as the non-stick pans of old. The listing says metal utensils will not harm the ceramic-coated surface, but I do not plan to risk it. I also do not wash pans in the dishwasher, but it is apparently safe to do so if that's what you prefer. My plan for this pan is a huge pan of Tahdig (Persian rice with a crusty bottom). I may need to cover the vent hole (it's the steam that cooks the rice, so I think I'd better cover it), but I may boil some water in the pan to see just how much steam escapes before I make that decision. For now, I fried some eggs to test the pan. It seems to heat evenly, and the non-stick surface was, well, non-stick. Because of the large diameter, I used my largest burner and heated the pan very slowly, but I think it might be even better over my center long burner (the one that heats a griddle). We'll see.The current price of this pan is $89. Not nothing, but not expensive for a thick (3-ply aluminum-core stainless steel) and heavy pan. I'm still nervous about the safety of a non-stick surface, but I really think that's just me being uneasy with the idea due to the old non-stick materials and having nothing to do with this particular surface (which I cannot imagine ever flaking off).

I like this brand, or at least this “line” from the brand, quite a lot.I have nothing negative to say about this pan, or the sauté pan I have of the same brand and line. One neutral opinion I have is that of the price. It is higher than maybe many out there, but the reason for the price difference becomes apparent when you hold it. The price makes it not a fantastic “deal”, but it’s still a good one. This pan has a good heft to it and nothing is loose and rattling when the pan and lid are shaken. The non-stick surface is incredible. I don’t know it to be a fact, but the manufacturer speaks of a ceramic infused surface of some type. Whatever it is, it works well. My older pan shows no sign of loosing its coating. To be fair, I have been somewhat gentle with it (e.g. not dunking them into water when very hot).I think “hotspots” are a product of your burner, mostly, but I have no cold or hot spots. The pans are pretty consistent.I like the way the lid sits atop the pan with, what feels like, surface contact rather than “line” contact. The seal between pot and pan is improved as is the life of the sealing surfaces. The look is simple. I like that. A nondescript pan with subtle steel.
