Fixed my Hayward salt control panel that was clicking on and off constantly. No new board needed, just get this thermistor and if you can solder its a 10 minute fix. $7 compared to hundreds, do your research.

One of the most satisfying purchases ever. Hayward chlorine system power light goes off after 30 seconds, pool goes green. Pool company recommends system replacement. With a little research and thanks to all the reviewers here, I did not replace the $1K system nor the $300 board. Cost me $10 for this piece and $45 at the local phone repair shop to have them remove the old part % solder, then put the new part in.With great anticipation, I reinstalled the board and VIOLA! It worked! So happy and so cheap....just goes to show that lazy people get screwed and those who use their brains a little bit get to save.

$3.00 fix and the manufacture wanted over $400 for a new circuit board when this one part is known to fail because of a bad circuit board design. I bought a spare for next time.

Product as described. used this to fix my Aquarite SWG. The SWG had no power light and the generate light would shut off after about 20 seconds. My PCB board was melted from the old one. However, I cleaned it up, soldered and it's working great.. A lot better than $180.00 for a new board.
