This is a report from a very irritated customer. Five years ago I bought the dual handle HC1100C-2 and it worked great. After a few months though I noticed the water coming out had a decided plastic taste. With a lots and lots of waiting on line they told me it was my water. I didn't think so because it came from a Watts Premier five stage reverse osmosis filter (love it). They refused to do anything so I just unplugged it and left it. I just finished putting in a Quick and Hot from Anaheim Mfg. I didn't even consider the stainless unit from Insinkerator because of my experience with their customer service. By the way I took apart my old Insinkerator and sure enough the tank was plastic.

The Most conveninant way to make tea, coffee, breakfast, oatmeal. I also use this to wash dishes clean before i put them in the dishwasher. I have owned a in-sink-erator Hot Water Dispenser for over 20 years with no problems. Well worth the investment.
