I received my camera with a missing MicroSD.I wrote this in my review. Few hours after, Eddie from Insta360 customer experience team contacted me and he apologized for what happened then he promised to send me another MicroSD card as a replacement to the missing one furthermore he sent me Extra battery for my camera as a favor. Thank you Eddie for your patience and professional support.

I really love this camera. Received it in perfect condition all the way in kenya. The Package had lense guards, I just bought screen protectors and a dive case and extra battery separately.Best purchase, really enjoying it.

I bought a x3 2 months ago and it shipped with a defect didn’t work after a week of having it, tried to return it and still have yet to hear anything from them, so my camera is some where in the mail. Decided to give this one a shot because people have said it’s way better. Nope comes shipped with a broken lens and have yet to hear from them DO NOT BUT THESE PRODUCTS
