I had 2 POS terminals connected to a switch. They were the only devices connected to the switch. The only reason the switch was there was the POS does not automatically detect its connecting to another POS and it needed the switch to negotiate the connection. This Crossover Coupler allows me to remove the switch and connect both POS terminals directly together.

Works as intended. But mine does not have the diagram on the part itself, so I will need to remember this is not a straight through connector
