I bought another "cheat sheet" for my air fryer but this one has items that I make that the other one doesn't. It's convenient since it is magnetic and just a glance away.

As a vegan, sometimes it's difficult to know that you're getting enough protein. This chart goes into great detail on each of the categories and makes maintaining protein intake much easier. Highly recommend this and it's very easy to read. The magnetic ability is wonderful and it stays where you put it.

Great item to have on hand when making a grocery list or writing out a weekly family meal plan. It keeps me thinking healthy and encourages me to add a variety of foods instead of sticking to the same ones. It's great to research foods and get an idea of each items benefits, but I feel for convenience sake, to have it all laid out and staring you in the face from the fridge is an added plus. The size is fairly bulky if you like a clean look to your fridge, but the information is worth the size, imo. You could clip to a clipboard and hang next to your fridge if you really can't go without that clean naked fridge look.I feel like this was an overall great purchase!

It is not metric even though it is sold in perth so it will become a load of expencive fridge magnets after i slice it up.
