Insulation is good...kept food frozen for a couple of hours while walking in the hot sun.

This bag is great. I haven't found a better one on the market. It looks nice. It's very durable and it really keeps your food warm. It also doesn't move around much and detachable velcro walls are a life save and keeping your food from moving inside the bag. These are great and I definitely recommend. I bought 1 for my sister as well and she loves hers too and says it's great.
