For over $400 you would think they could tap threads correctly. Nope. Too hard for the machinist's at S.D. apparently. Took my intake manifold off, installed RIFFRAFF plenum inserts and went to install the Sinister Diesel crap only to find out they cant tap threads even remotely close. So, the original manifold is back on until i can buy the AFE Bladerunner. I think this is the 4th or 5th Sinister Diesel product ive seen that had to be returned as "useless due to manufacturer's error". Save your money and buy something with a better track record,higher quality parts and most of all....threads that are correct. Way to go Sinister quality control.....way to go...

The pros with this product = it’s blue and looks cool.The negative.1. Sinister clamps bend/snap strip out and are junk. switched back to Ford clamps2. There boots are smooth. The clamps slip right off and you will he constantly fixing it especially on the intake manifold. (I purchased all sinister pipes/boots/clamps) The factory boots work much much better.3. Even with factory clamps and boots pushing 40psi I blow these boots off because the sinister pipes are low quality and bend where the clamp is.4. I ordered the intercooler pipes, intake manifold, intake and regulated return. Some of the products are different shades of blue and the color flakes off after about 10,000 milesMy opinion if you wish to push 15psi all the time this is the manifold for you. If you prefer to not be under your hood constantly find something else (AFE)
