Using rhe body cords
Lift the front of the twist steppers for exercise at home.
Place the body cords in specially designed groove making surethat the body cord fit in the two hold down detents.
Set the climber carefully down so that the body cord doesn't come out of groove.
Make sure your foot is not near the edge of the pedal.If your foot moves near the edge of a pedal during the esercise, stop ans reposition your foot.
mini stepper requires no assembly and ships in one piece. You can start working out as soon as you receive the stepper.
Inflating the bellows, and adjust the level
Please notice: air climber always need inflating the bellows before using.
Push and gold in the resistance dial, localed between the pedals while gently pulling us on the pedals to fill the bellows, then release the dial. Pushing and holding in the dial allows air to enter or exit the bellow system,(Depress and hold dowm the resistance dial to allow aie to flow in to the bellows).

I am in love with this item. About 14 years ago I bought one off of an infomercial for an astronomical price. After many years of using it it got cracks in the air pump part of the stair so I bought another one because it is so so worth it. Its great for the legs the booty the arms it's a great full body workout with toning, lifting and weight loss.

The product came with instructions printed on paper in a way that is barely legible. It’s on printer paper and the whole left side of the paper is either blurred or not there. Doesn’t seem legit. The step counter and timer does not work. It says there is a piece of plastic that needs to be removed but mine did not have that. It simply doesn’t work. Super disappointed. Would I spend over a hundred for this again? Absolutely not. Also not worth packing up and driving 30 min each way to return. Lesson learned. I’m pretty sure they packed up a used and returned item and sent it to me.

Before I bought this I was using the new mini steppers and I had to keep buying them multiple times because they squeak alot and keep breaking down. Hopefully this one last. It works well and doesn't squeak.

This is the best workout ever! You’re stepping on air because of the air bellows, red instructions so your machine will last a long time, comes fully assembled and ready to use, I bought one years ago which lasted 15 years but got damaged durning a move my fault. When I bought it but back then it was very expensive and it came with a dvd by Brenda Dygraf a hella of a work out! The machine Can support a person up to 300lbs and it’s easy on your joints as well, a heck of a machine at a heck of a price. Love love love it! If you go on ytube There’s a video with Brenda and it’s one amazing workout with this air climber, it will make you sweat.

I got this stepper instead of a walking pad because I wanted something for a small space and this fit the bill and the budget. My mom has had one for almost ten years and it's still held up. She uses it almost every day.I love my stepper. It's easy to drag out and tuck away. I got in part because I was recovering from a broken leg and needed something lower impact. But I still use it a few times a week to get some steps and activity in.It is noisy. I think it sounds like the Cybermen stepping in Doctor Who (the pneumatic whooshing). I don't mind it, but my husband is not a fan if I'm stepping while he's watching something. Solution: we don't combine these activities anymore.

Llegó muy bien empaquetado en perfectas condiciones 💯, es lo que más me agradó de la entrega, y puedo decir que hasta ahora funciona tal cual lo vi en videos de YouTube 🙂, no hace tanto ruido como otros comentarios afirman, las ligas son de buena calidad y se siente la resistencia al hacer los ejercicios, el peso creo que es el adecuado y cabe mejor de forma vertical para guardarlo 🌟, todo muy bien, en mi opinión vale lo que cuesta 👌🏽

Decía en las instrucciones que Venía con baterías par el conteo de caloría y pasos. No trajo baterías estoy decepcionada después de haber esperado tanto por el retraso
